Perfect for gift overload, post-party cleanup, and big deliveries. Leave your flattened boxes at your porch, driveway, or curb by 8:00 AM on your scheduled day. We’ll confirm your specific pickup location after you subscribe.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Missed Pickup Policy We understand that plans change. To cancel or reschedule your pickup without a fee, please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup will incur a $9 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled pickup will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. If our crew arrives and is unable to complete the pickup because the items are unavailable, inaccessible, or otherwise not ready for collection, the pickup will be considered a missed pickup and you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
